  • Auspice letter (only if using an auspice)
  • Organisation’s constitution or foundation documents only if you are:
    • applying as a social enterprise or
    • not registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) or not registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) as an incorporated association
  • A partnership letter (only if you are a metropolitan organisation holding an event in regional Victoria applying for the RMFEF)
