About the Construction Complaints Referral Service
The Construction Complaints Referral Service (CCRS) will provide a secure way to raise concerns about unlawful practices or behaviour related to Victorian Government funded construction projects.
All complaints will be assessed based on the information provided to ensure they are referred to the correct agency or body.
The CCRS is expected to commence in late 2025.
