One Roof's founders recognise the persisting gender gap in entrepreneurship. They're on a mission to close that gap and support women to thrive in business.
One Roof Women is a co-working space that supports women-led businesses. They aim to provide everything a female entrepreneur needs to thrive under one roof.
One Roof is home to 70 businesses, over 1000 square metres of space, in Southbank. The businesses include tech, gaming, fashion, finance, health, education and recruitment.
They also have a large event space. Their events focus on women and girls in business, entrepreneurship and leadership.
Creating a community
This initiative is more than just a co-working space. Community is at the core of everything One Roof offers. The businesses that operate from One Roof are grateful for all the support they receive.

Support at the critical early stages
Women need support at the critical early stages to build strong, sustainable businesses. One Roof Plus is a 3-month entrepreneurial support program. This program focuses on the growth of early-stage women-led businesses.
Business tenants at One Roof have access to:

- targeted business support, including accelerators and masterminds
- meditation and mindfulness activities
- curated connections to a global community
- high-class mentors
