Women of Colour Leadership Program - VPS stream

This program is designed for women of colour, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, who work in the Victorian public sector and wish to progress in their leadership journey.

The Women of Colour Leadership Program (VPS stream) is delivered by Women of Colour Australia, designed in collaboration with the VPS Women of Colour Network and developed with support from Women's Business.

The program is a culturally safe leadership and coaching program designed and delivered by women of colour for women of colour.

This program is specifically open to emerging women of colour leaders (VPS5 or equivalent) working in the Victorian public sector.

The 2023 program is now closed.
