Learn Local practitioners are encouraged to attend the online Nurture your numeracy practice - VALBEC professional learning forum on Thursday 24 March, 5pm to 6pm, by registering on the VALBEC website.
With ACFE Board support, the Victorian Adult Language and Basic Education Council (VALBEC) is running several professional learning forums during 2022.
Nurture your numeracy practice is the first of these forums to be held on Thursday 24 March 2022, 5pm to 6pm.
This online session will explore some ways of teaching numeracy to students in a fun, relevant and engaging manner. It will be an interactive session with opportunities to talk about your particular context and any numeracy teaching issues you face.
You will receive advice from experienced practitioners and researchers, Chris Tully (LLN Specialist Melbourne Polytechnic | VALBEC Committee) and Dave Tout (ACER).
There are 70 places available.
