Actions and critical dates

The VET Development Centre on behalf of the ACFE Board is offering a one-day in-person PD workshop free to Learn Local administrators to equip them with the skills and knowledge to efficiently manage their work and get the most out of their Learning Management System (LMS).

The workshop will be held at the VET Development Centre located at Level 8, 379 Collins Street, Melbourne on Wednesday, 18 May 2022 between 9.30am – 3.30pm.

Through participation in the workshop, each participant will have an improved understanding of:

  • the role of an LMS administrator
  • administration requirements for an LMS
  • how to document, track and report on student engagement and assessment
  • how to use analytical data and provide reports
  • how to incorporate student feedback
  • the importance of backups.

Many Learn Local providers have started to make the shift to teacher facilitated online or blended delivery of pre-accredited programs and purchased an LMS to implement this delivery.

To efficiently manage and get the most out of your Learning Management System, register for the Managing your Learning Management System workshop.
