2024 Training Delivery Support Grant Guidelines

The Training Delivery Support Grant provides funds to Learn Local providers, AMES Australia and CAE that are contracted to deliver general pre-accredited training and/or additional digital and employability places. The purpose of this grant is to support the purchase of equipment and resources to facilitate the delivery and reporting of quality programs and services to adult learners. The funds can be used to purchase teaching and learning equipment and resources to support eLearning and/or classroom delivery of training.


An annual grant of $5,500 (excluding GST) will be paid to providers that have a contract with the ACFE Board to deliver government subsidised general pre-accredited training and/or additional digital and employability places in 2024.

2024 Training Delivery Support Grant Purchasing Plan

A Training Delivery Support Grant Purchasing Plan is required to provide a record of your intended purchases.

Please complete and submit your 2024 Training Delivery Support Grant Purchasing Plan to the Adult Community and Further Education Branch at training.participation@djsir.vic.gov.au for approval by COB Thursday, 29 February 2024. Once your Purchasing Plan has been approved by your Regional Manager, the funds will be released in SAMS2.

The Training Delivery Support Grant funds must be fully spent by 31 December 2024. The Department will ask you to provide evidence of how the funds have been spent in early 2025. Any unspent funds must be returned to the ACFE Board.

In 2024, an acquittal section has been included on the Training Delivery Support Grant Purchasing Plan, to be completed and submitted by 31 January 2025.
