Long-serving JP awarded Citizen of the Year

Congratulations to Joe de Souza who was awarded Citizen of the Year as part of the 2023 Greater Dandenong Australia Day awards.

The awards recognise the outstanding contribution made by people within the community who work tirelessly to enrich the lives of others. Joe is one of our longest serving volunteers and the coordinator of the Justice of the Peace document signing service at the Springvale library.
