Victoria's Data Reform Strategy

Setting the direction for a Victorian public service that uses data to underpin its decisions - so that better outcomes are achieved for the benefit of all Victorians.

The 2018 Data Reform Strategy sets a vision for the Victorian public service to make better decisions underpinned by data. With a focus on creating a culture of data analytics innovation, it addresses the people, process and technological factors that will make this a reality.

This strategy is being implemented by the Victorian Centre for Data Insights. It will continuously evolve to keep up with data and technology changes and as challenges are overcome or emerge. The focus will always remain on ensuring that data, analytics and insights power our decisions.
