The Victorian Government has committed to making a difference by improving the outcomes for all Victorian families, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
To deliver on this promise, the Best Start, Best Life reform will invest over $370 million to significantly expand the early childhood workforce.
A range of workforce initiatives have been designed to attract and support more than 11,000 additional early childhood teacher and educators from across the state.
Both financial and non-financial supports are available to eligible candidates from all backgrounds seeking to build a career in early childhood education.
