- The register is updated weekly. Last update: 2 October 2026.
- Businesses will not appear on the public register until we make a decision about their application.
- The register shows if a premises has a short-term or long-term closure in effect. While a closure is in effect, this business cannot lawfully sell tobacco. Learn more about our closure powers.
- The register does not include businesses that have been refused a licence.
