Betul Tuna

Betul is the Executive Officer of Point of Difference Studio, an NGO dedicated to promoting the importance of defining one’s identity, cultural intelligence, fairness, and belonging.

In her role as the Senior Project Officer for the Ethnic Council of Shepparton & District, Betul is committed to preventing family violence within the multicultural and faith communities. 

With a deep-rooted passion for community engagement and social change, Betul has a rich background in child protection and family violence prevention. Her dedication to fostering inclusion and breaking down barriers led her to found Hijack'd, a social enterprise focused on nourishing conversations through food and dialogue, with the goal of dispelling myths and building bridges within diverse communities. 

Betul is an active and inspiring figure in the Shepparton community, tirelessly working to create a more inclusive and understanding society where every individual's unique identity is celebrated and respected.
