Claire Sanders leads the Advisory Services and Licensing teams at Wage Inspectorate Victoria. With over 10 years’ experience managing frontline teams across local and state government, she is passionate about streamlining processes to help stakeholders engage more easily with modern regulators.

Claire also brings a strong background in Human Resources, with experience across diverse industries including hospitality and retail. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Employment and Labour Relations Law.

Michelle Horne, Team Leader, Licensing, Advisory Services

Michelle Horne is the Team Leader of Child Employment Licensing at Wage Inspectorate Victoria (WIV). She brings over 12 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, supporting organisations in the not-for-profit community sector.

For the past 7 years, Michelle has held various leadership roles at WIV, overseeing the regulation of employment for children under 15 and administering legislation such as Long Service Leave. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Human Resource Management, and is passionate about promoting safe, fair, and lawful workplaces for young people.
