Support payment schemes for customers of liquidated builders

The Victorian Government has introduced 2 support payment schemes to help Victorians who paid money to a building company that went into liquidation.

Porter Davis Homes Customer Support Payment Scheme

The scheme launched on 29 May 2023 and has now closed. You can read more about the Porter Davis Customer Support Payments.

Liquidated Builders Customer Support Payment Scheme

The scheme launched on 28 July 2023 to extend the existing scheme and provide support to more Victorians.

This scheme is for:

• Porter Davis customers who made a tender-stage payment that includes payment for plans and specifications of a value of up to 5% of the New Home Contract Price and who were not eligible for the Porter Davis Homes Customer Support Payment Scheme
• customers of other builders who went into liquidation between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023.
