Elizabeth has devoted 40 years of her life to the Girl Guides movement. Her service has been given at all levels from working directly with youth - Girl Guides in local units, to training women for leadership and management roles.
Elizabeth has coordinated one of the largest Girl Guide regions in Victoria and has drafted state and national processes and procedures.
Elizabeth was the inaugural chair of Girl Guides Victoria Board of Governance and has served as the Victorian assistant state commissioner of Girl Guides Victoria for five years.
