I've worked a lot of large government projects over the years and I've found the relationship to be very very flexible.
It's been well timed and the feedback from both sides has been excellent.
In addition to that it has alleviated a lot of stress and concern that a lot of unit owners would have had if we had to support it ourselves.
Dealing directly with the on-site manager, he's been very cooperative.
We've got another issue here unrelated to cladding, it's a rust issue. They've made the scaffolding available to us and allowed access to it to allow us to facilitate that repair as well.
So that additional cooperation not what we'd normally expect, and it's worked very very well."
