Natasha Anderson speaks out on need to engage children and young people

The youngest member of the Victim Survivors’ Advisory Council, Natasha Anderson, 23, this month spoke to public sector leaders to highlight the importance of engaging with children and young people to bring about change.

Speaking at IPPA Victoria’s Public Sector Week 2019 event in Melbourne she warned that the lives of young people were risked if they were not engaged with directly. '

Natasha has recently written, directed, illustrated and narrated an award nominated film ‘TASH’ that tells her personal story of growing up with family violence, living in out-of-home care, and how it affected her.
