Paul Guerra is the chief executive of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

VCCI is the largest and most influential not-for-profit business organisation in Victoria, informing and supporting 47,000 members and clients across our great state. VCCI provides programs, information and support to members and non-members to ensure a diverse and robust business community in Victoria. Paul has been a consistent media spokesperson over the COVID period.

Prior to this, Paul was the chief executive of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, which is best known for producing the Royal Melbourne Show, Royal Melbourne Wine Awards, the Australian International Beer Awards, and for venue management and activation of Victoria’s largest and most versatile events venue, the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Paul has an impressive corporate career spanning several industries including roles as chief executive Asia Pacific for United Health Group and vice president Asia Pacific for Motorola.

Paul is a director of Red Dust Role Models, which promotes health development for Indigenous youth in remote communities, is a director of the Blue-Ribbon Foundation and several post-revenue startups.

Paul is a proud Victorian, a keen golfer, football and racing fan, and is married with three early adult children.
