Paul Guerra is currently the CEO of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV), a member-based, not-for-profit organisation with a history of over 165 years. The society is best known for producing the Royal Melbourne Show, Royal Melbourne Wine Awards, Australia Food Awards and the Australian International Beer Awards. The RASV is also responsible for venue management and activation of Victoria’s largest and most versatile events venue, the Melbourne Showgrounds.
Paul has an impressive corporate career spanning several industries and has been a leader in local telecommunications as Victorian state director for Vodafone and director and vice president for Motorola Asia Pacific.
Paul is a director of Red Dust Role Models, which promotes health development for Indigenous youth in remote communities and is also a director of Wesley College. Paul is also an advisory board member of Global Table, a State Government initiative for a global congress to showcase Victoria’s agriculture, food and beverage industry. Paul was also the chairman of the Queen Victoria Market Pty Ltd.
