Each report sets out to:
- profile the industry outlook, considering sector trends and key drivers of demand
- detail the workforce and skilling implications of the industry based on forecasting
- set industry priorities in responding to current and future workforce challenges
- provide initial guidance for an education and training response to these challenges
Each industry insight contributes to the conclusions and recommendations of the Victorian Skills Plan, focusing on actions for implementation over a 3-year period.
