Student Satisfaction Survey

Improving the quality of vocational education and training for Victorian students.

The Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) conducts an annual Student Satisfaction Survey. This survey is available to all government-funded Victorian students who completed or discontinued their training in the previous year.

Students are asked about their training experience and outcomes. The results are shared with training providers so they can implement targeted strategies to improve the quality of training.

How is the survey conducted?

An independent research company is engaged to conduct the annual Student Satisfaction Survey between March and May. All students eligible to participate are contacted via an invitation letter, email or phone.
