Veena: My name is Veena and I completed Certificate IV in Mental Health at Chisholm. From the time I started studying this course, I gained significant knowledge. The survey was a good opportunity for me to really express um, my precision and provide feedback. I really welcome the opportunity because providing feedback is a way of really expressing your gratitude that gives the service providers the opportunity to make any improvements and as students, we know if there’s any gaps. I decided to complete Certificate IV in Mental Health because I work in a large public health organisation so the significant knowledge and skills that I’ve learned from this course, I’m going to be helping my patient’s families and carers that I work with, every day, to achieve the best outcomes. When I found out that I was a prize winner I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. I’m going to use the prize money to do for the studies and also invest in resources. I would definitely encourage students to complete this survey because students know best because they’re doing the course and also gives services the opportunity to make any improvements.
