Not Before Time report
The Board discussed a recommendation from the Lived Experience Advisory Panel that the Board endorse the Report. The discussion centred on the risks and benefits associated with this recommendation as well as the Collaborative Centre’s role in advocacy.
The Board agreed the Chair should write to the Minister for Mental Health, acknowledging the import of the report to the Lived Experiences Advisory Panel and the broader lived experience community.
Communications strategy
The Board approved the draft communication strategy. This will include a regular e-newsletter.
Business continuity policy
The Board approved the draft business continuity policy on the recommendation of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
Service and academic partners
The Board discussed the governance model and decision-making mechanisms for the lead service and academic partners.
