Overwhelmingly Employees in the VPS have their terms and conditions of employment governed by the VPS Agreement.
Where budget reprioritisation decisions affect public service Employees covered by the enterprise agreements (or their successor enterprise agreements that come into effect during the life of the policy) outlined below, those Employees will also have the benefit of the processes and entitlements outlined in this policy. This will be subject to ensuring those entitlements and processes are at least as beneficial to the Employee as any entitlement payable under the applicable enterprise agreement.
