The North East Link State Tolling Corporation was established under the North East Link Act 2020 on 1 March 2021 as a statutory corporation.
It is responsible for managing and controlling the use of and access to, and operating and maintaining, the North East Link road and to set and collect the tolls on North East Link tollway when the project opens.
Toll revenue collected by STC will go towards recouping the cost of building and maintaining North East Link.
