Cost

Total output cost

The 2024–25 actual result was lower than the target primarily due to the rephasing of certain infrastructure deliverables under the Delivering commitments to Victoria's multicultural communities initiative. This adjustment was made following further consultations with multicultural and multifaith organisations, who required additional time to adequately prepare and meet the complex requirements and planning approvals necessary to ensure the viability of their infrastructure projects.
