Call Triple Zero (000) in life threatening emergencies. 

Call 132 500 for emergency assistance from VICSES if your property has been damaged by flood or storm.

Call Lifeline's 24/7 dedicated support line for people who need support after a disaster on 13 43 57.

Recovery programs and support

After a major storm, bushfire or flood – you may be eligible for programs and support to help you in your recovery. Not all emergencies listed below will have active recovery programs, but general services remain available for assistance and advice.
