Outsource content development to industry partners
Just like you would outsource a PDF to a designer, you can outsource digital content to industry partners who have access to vic.gov.au. This allows you to focus on other tasks while industry partners develop content for you.
Request technical support
If you experience a website bug, your website is non-responsive, or if any other website elements are not working as they should, request help from SDP technical support.
Emergency support outside of publishing hours
If you need to approve content outside of publishing hours, emergency support is available 24/7. This is for urgent situations only and someone will be available to help you as soon as possible.
