The Grants submission form can be used by Victorian Government departments and agencies to promote grants or support offered for individuals and organisations.

What is a grant
Grants are classified as money or support given to organisations or individuals for a specified purpose to achieve objectives consistent with government policy. Grants can include ad hoc payments, competitive assessment or when specified criteria are satisfied.
Completing the online form
You must fill in the mandatory fields, which are marked with a red asterisk*. This includes your contact information and ticking a box to acknowledge the statement on DPC's storing of information.
After you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with our contact details in case you have questions.
Then the web team will review the information and publish your submission.
Timelines
When you submit a grant we will receive a notification through our work tracking tool. Provided your grant meets our criteria we will review and publish your grant within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your grant is live.
Content approver process
Content approvers will have access to review all online grants submissions.
If the submission meets the grant publishing guidelines, the submission will be approved to appear within the grants listing.
To review and approve any online submissions:
- filter to the Grants content type
- anything that comes through the form will have Author as 'Grant Author'
- review each individual listing and select Publish once it's ready to go live
- email the submitter via Desk to let them know the grant is live and close the ticket
