As we're all adapting to our current climate, human-centred design has become more important to helping public servants understand the needs of Victorians whose lives have been directly and indirectly impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. Mathan Ratinam, Lead Service Designer from the Digital, Design and Innovation branch in Victorian State Government shares some thoughts on human-centred design and the public sector.
