The Office of Projects Victoria (OPV) has merged with the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) to form part of a new Infrastructure Division within the Department. OPV website content will soon be transferred across to the DTF website.
OPV leads and influences excellence in project delivery, so projects are delivered on time and on budget, and the full benefits of the investment are realised for Victorians.
