The Office of Projects Victoria (OPV) has established training programs to build project management and leadership skills and support the development of emerging engineers.

Australian Major Projects Leadership Academy

The Australian Major Projects Leadership Academy aspires to help major project leaders reach their full potential and transform the culture, productivity and sustainability of major projects.

Engineering internship program

OPV's 6-month engineering internship program supports the development of future talent. Interns can work full-time or part-time in OPV’s Digital Build or Engineering teams.
