Our vision and strategy
Our vision is to have social services that are safe and treat people with agency and dignity. That means ensuring social service providers meet standards to protect the rights of service users and prevent abuse or neglect in the delivery of social services.
Our plan to achieve this is outlined below in our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan.
