What inspired you to apply?

I am always wanting to better myself while also finding knowledge to help progress me into my future career. I was encouraged by management in my workplace to attend as my program manager attended the year before and believed that I would get a lot from this.

What has been the biggest take away message for you?

Be confident in myself, I have the ability to do anything that I can put my mind to; whether that's facilitating a program or looking at other employment. I have confidence in my abilities that I will continue to progress further and do amazing work.

How has this program helped you pursue your career goals and aspirations?

It has given me confidence in my work capabilities. It has also instilled a strength in my work ethic that when I have the opportunity to engage in external work, my efforts are being recognised externally. It has also given me the confidence to explore employment ideas after MMIGP that I always talked about but will be hopefully engaging with soon.
