I, the Hon Jacinta Allan MP, Premier of Victoria, state that the following administrative arrangements for responsibility for the following Acts of Parliament, provisions of Acts and functions will operate in substitution of the arrangements specified in the Administration of Acts General Order of 2 October 2023 (as amended by the Supplement effective 10 October 2023) in relation to the Acts, provisions of Acts and functions specified in this Supplement, from the Effective date of this Supplement:

Minister for Agriculture

Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 –

  • Sections 11(1), 12, 28, 83, 88A, 91, 95A and 96 and Schedule 2 in so far as they relate to the exercise of powers for the purposes of:
    • sections 40 and 52AA of the Forests Act 1958
    • sections 1, 3(1), 3B, 4-7(1), 7(3), 18, 19-22, 52, 53-55, 57, 75, 78-84, 94-100 and 102 of the Forests Act 1958 (these powers are jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Environment)

  • Section 99 in so far as it relates to:
