What inspired you to apply?

The program was an extraordinary opportunity to drive a meaningful change, not just for myself but also for building a pathway for aspiring women executives.

I was drawn to the program's potential to equip women with tools to shatter glass ceilings and join a community of like-minded women all striving to drive systemic transformation.

What has been the biggest take away message for you?

The journey of a Women of Colour to executive leadership roles can often feel isolating. This program demonstrated the power of collective resilience and collaborative endeavour by employing practical strategies.

It also created a safe space to share individual challenges. This became a source of communal strength, celebrating each other's triumphs while learning from each other.

It also reinforced that true leadership is about lifting others as we climb, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and change in our workplaces and communities.

How has this program helped you pursue your career goals and aspirations?

This program has given me my sisterhood - “my tribe”. The network of exceptional women that I have built through this program is invaluable - providing mentorship, support and opportunities to uplift each other.

This experience has amplified my commitment to not only advance my career but to empower other Women of Colour through mentoring and advocating for diversity in leadership, driving change for a more inclusive society.
