How to make a payment
If you have used a service that has a fee, you will receive an invoice from us. There are a number of ways to pay this invoice.
Payments within Australia
If you are making a payment within Australia, you have the following options:
BPAY
Payment via internet or phone banking from your cheque or savings account. Note, your payment can take up to two days to clear.
Your Biller Code and 16 digit reference number can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
Pay online
Pay using your credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Union.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Deposit your payment directly from any Australian account.

Telephone payments
Pay securely over the phone by credit card with Visa, Mastercard or Union. You will need the reference number located at the bottom of your invoice.

Payments from outside Australia
If you are making a payment from outside Australia, you have the following option:
Telegraphic funds transfer
Payment can be made by telegraphic fund transfer into our bank account. Our account details are:

Our fees and fines
We charge fees and fines in accordance with all Victorian Government departments. This includes:
- fees for services and regulatory purposes, including licensing and registering certain activities
- fines for improper conduct, and to discourage unlawful behaviour.
Fees and fines are officially set and revised by their relevant legislation.
The Victorian Government has a policy of automatically indexing certain fees and fines each year for inflation, so that the value of those fees and fines is maintained.
The following list is an overview of the fees and fines we charge.
International education
Tuition fees and other for international students are published on the Victorian Government Schools International Student Program website.
Freedom of information (FOI)
Fees and access for FOI requests are published on the Victorian FOI website.
Human resource services
Charges for replacement PAYG are published in the Human Resources section of this website.
Children's services licensing
Fees and for children's services operating under the Victorian law are published in Victorian Children's Services section of this website.
Victorian Institute of Teaching
Registration fees and other for the teaching profession are published on the Victorian Institute of Teaching website.
Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority
Fees and for providers of education and training are published on the VRQA website.
