eduPass for community members

You will receive an 'invitation' to an application or you can register directly through the eduPass Community Portal.

Your eduPass account belongs to you personally. In fact, eduPass will prevent you from registering more than one account using the same email address.

Invitations to access applications or to join organisations will all be connected to your account when you accept the invitation. You can then use the same User ID and password to gain entry to any application you have access to.

Lost invitation

If you lose your invitation to an application, you can request another invitation via the eduPass Community Portal.

If you are having difficulties with registration:

• speak to your Organisation Administrator
• contact DET Service Portal for help.

Organisations who have eduPass access may have one or more users who take responsibility for managing the access of all users within their organisation.

Organisation Administrators can:

• invite new users
• extend the access of existing users
• reset user passwords if you've forgotten your secret answers or PIN.
