eduPass for community members

You will receive an 'invitation' to an application, or you can register directly through the eduPass Community Portal.

Your eduPass account belongs to you personally. In fact, eduPass will prevent you from registering more than one account using the same email address.

Invitations to access applications or to join organisations will all be connected to your account when you accept the invitation. You can then use the same User ID and password to gain entry to any application you have access to.

Lost invitation

If you lose your invitation to an application, you can request another invitation via the eduPass Community Portal.

If you are having difficulties with registration:

• speak to your Organisation Administrator
• contact DET Service Portal for help.

Organisations may have one or more users who manage the access of all eduPass users within their organisation. They are called Organisation Administrators.

Organisation Administrators can:

• invite new users
• extend the access of existing users
• reset passwords if you've forgotten your secret answers or PIN.

Contact the DE Service Desk:

• If you don't know who your Organisation Administrator is
• If your Organisation Administrator has left.
