eduPass for shared services

Quick links and guidance for government shared service users to self-manage their eduPass account.

We offer a number of services to other Victorian government departments, such as access to:

  • eduPay - our public payroll management system
  • information and direction to Global Information Systems (GIS)
  • research, public and government information
  • websites relating to data provisioning.

Your eduPass User ID and password are required to login to these secure applications.

Create a new eduPay account

Set-up your profile in eduPay once you receive your welcome letter from HR.

Manage your eduPay account

Update your personal details or reset your password in eduPay.

eduPay Payroll

View your payslips and manage your bank details.

Request an eduPass account

As a shared services user you should have received a 'welcome letter' from your Human Resources team about how you can register.

Once you are registered you can gain access to our department's shared services.
