Make a privacy complaint about the handling of your own personal information or the personal information of a child for which you have parental or carer’s rights.​

A privacy complaint can only be made by the individual whose privacy has been breached or someone acting on their behalf. If acting on someone’s behalf, you may be asked to provide documentation to that effect.

If you do not provide all or part of the information requested, the department may not be able to appropriately respond. You can request access to, and corrections of, any personal information provided in this form. Requests for access or correction should be sent to privacy@education.vic.gov.au.

The Department of Government Services uses the services of Drupal 9 to administer this form. The information you provide is stored securely in the Drupal 9 content management system and Azure servers in Australia.
