2024 ACFE Training Delivery settings and preparation

ACFE training delivery in 2024 will include the General Pre-accredited Training Delivery and Additional Digital and Emploability places. This incorporates the 2023/24 State Budget commitment to provide additional places for digital and employability training delivery across a further two years.

Further details regarding 2024 training delivery under the General Pre-accredited Training Delivery and Additional Digital and Employability program streams will be outlined in the 2024 ACFE Training Delivery Guidelines, and at the 2024 ACFE Training Delivery information sessions.

This will include information regarding the phased incorporation of the Stronger by Design model in ACFE training delivery.

Information sessions are expected to commence in late August 2023.

Eligibility to submit an Expression of Interest

To submit an EOI, you must:

  • Be registered with the ACFE Board, or be covered by the Education and Training Reform Act 2006.
  • Have a current satisfactory ACFE Board Business and Governance Status Assessment (BGS)(opens in a new window) or have a current Skills First government-subsidised accredited training contract.
  • Upload your BGS (including financial statements) into SAMS2. All BGS requirements are due by 30 September 2023. Submission of a satisfactory BGS is a requirement for the release of the first milestone payment for 2024 ACFE training delivery.

In addition to these eligibility criteria, please ensure that your signatory is up to date in SAMS2 for acceptance of your Service Agreement to avoid delays.

2024 ACFE Board Registration

The ACFE Board has approved a further two-year extension of registration for providers with a current registration expiring on 31 December 2023 where they meet the following conditions:

  • Held a pre-accredited delivery contract during the current registration period in 2023
  • Continue to meet registration requirements
  • Intend to deliver pre-accredited training in 2024.

Currently registered Learn Local providers whose registration expiry date is 31 December 2023, and have not held a pre-accredited delivery contract during the current registration period, will be contacted by their Regional Office to review their eligibility.
