Complaints

At Cladding Safety Victoria, we realise there are times when you may require additional assistance or would like to escalate an issue to a complaint. We are committed to handling complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively.

When should I lodge a complaint?

Owners corporations should contact their Customer Liaison Officer in the first instance with any questions or concerns.

If you are not part of an owners corporation or an Owners Corporation Manager and do not have a Customer Liaison Officer, you should reach out to our support line via phone 1300 456 542 or email support@claddingsafety.vic.gov.au.

Likewise, if you require additional assistance, rather than lodging a complaint, you should reach out to our support line who will be able to assist and escalate issues within Cladding Safety Victoria as required.

How do I lodge a complaint?

If you have raised your issue or feedback with your Customer Liaison Officer or support line, and would like to proceed with lodging a complaint, please access our Online Complaints Form.
