Referring matters or sending correspondence
All Planning Permit applications and Planning Scheme Amendments that are referred to the Head, Transport for Victoria (Head, TfV) must be emailed to statutory.planning@transport.vic.gov.au.
Service of documents
If you are required to serve documents as a result of Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Order, another Court, Panel Hearing or Advisory Committee for a matter where the Head, TfV is an interested party, please email them:
Att Head, Transport for Victoria to statutory.planning@transport.vic.gov.au.
It is preferred that all communication is sent electronically.
