The Market Value Impact Report was prepared by Ernst & Young under instruction from the Valuer-General Victoria.
The report uses case studies to provide expert analysis of the market value impacts of properties where underground land has been divested (acquired) as a result of similar government infrastructure projects.
It also establishes a framework to help identify factors that may inform market value assessments of impacted properties.
