The Department of Transport and Planning has published its Strategic Plan 2026-30, setting out the department's strategic direction and priorities for the next four years.
The Plan reinforces our vision of thriving places and connected communities and outlines how we will work to deliver integrated transport, planning and land services that support Victoria's growing and changing needs.
Together with our portfolio agencies, we play a key role in planning, building, operating and maintaining the systems and services that help Victorians move, live and connect. Our work supports safer journeys, sustainable growth, well-planned communities and better access to opportunities across the state.
The Strategic Plan reflects the current operating environment and provides a clear framework for how we will focus our efforts and resources to deliver lasting outcomes for Victorian communities, now and into the future.
