Navigator is an educational re-engagement program that operates in each of the department’s 17 Areas.
Expression of interest (EOI)
An Expression of Interest (EOI) is now open to deliver the program in the Bayside Peninsula, Hume Merri-Bek, Loddon Campaspe and or Western Melbourne areas from January 2027 to December 2029.

Applications close 21 June 2026 at 11:59pm.
Information session for interested applicants
An online information session will be held for interested applicants in early June 2026.
The information session will include:
- an overview of the Navigator Program and the Bayside Peninsula, Hume Merri-Bek, Loddon Campaspe and or Western Melbourne areas
- an overview of the EOI process
- reflections and insights from existing Navigator Program Areas, and
- a Q & A session.

To register for the session, send an email to navigator@education.vic.gov.au by 29 May 2026.
You must include the following in the email:
- names of attendees
- email address and phone number of attendees
- area/s in which you are interested in applying to deliver in.
