The Victorian School Design Awards are for Victorian government school projects or Victorian Government-funded kindergartens or early learning centres.
They recognise architects and designers who have provided innovative, creative and practical facilities for Victorian students.
Submissions for the 2026 Victorian School Design Awards are open.
How to submit your project
You must register your submission online at 2026 VSDA.
To be eligible, projects must have been completed between July 2024 and June 2026 and must include funding from the Victorian Government.
For early childhood projects, this might include a Building Blocks grant or funding from the Growing Suburbs Fund. Unfortunately, for-profit kindergartens and early learning centres are not eligible.
Each of the assessment criteria need to be individually addressed.

We suggest you open your submission early, taking time to draft your responses.
There is a 500-word limit for most criteria.
