About the awards
The annual Premier’s VCE Awards recognises students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE).
At the award presentation ceremony held on 21 July 2026, a total of 339 awards, including 23 Top All-Round VCE High Achiever Awards, recognised the exceptional dedication and hard work of 322 students during the 2025 VCE.
More than 1000 guests attended the prestigious ceremony, where Victoria’s top-performing 2025 VCE students were recognised for their outstanding academic results.
Award criteria and selection of recipients
The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) manages the eligibility and selection of award recipients for the Premier’s VCE Awards, which confers more than 300 awards annually in the following award categories:
- Top All-Round VCE High Achievers
- Outstanding VCE Vocational Major Student Awards
- Top Three International Students
- Study Awards.
