George Ivanoff is a Melbourne author of more than 100 books for children and young people including the interactive You Choose series and non-fiction Survival Guides.
As a child, George loved reading interactive books, where he got to make decisions about the direction of the story. His You Choose books are interactive, and his Survival Guides books show his interest in research and desire to learn new things.
Science fiction and fantasy are two of his favourite genres, and some of his books also tell stories of these extraordinary circumstances.
George’s books and stories have been shortlisted for numerous awards and he is thrilled that You Choose: The Treasure of Dead Man’s Cove won the 2015 YABBA for Fiction for Younger Readers.
