As your licence has sexually explicit entertainment conditions, renewal fees are set under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 rather than the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 2023.
These licences also fall outside the scope of the star rating system and are not eligible for a star rating discount.
Your renewal fee for your licence with SEE conditions will likely be one of the following:
$43,139.50 with no non-compliance incidents between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025,
OR
$64,709.10 with one or two non-compliance incidents between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025,
OR
$86,278.80 with three or more non-compliance incidents between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025.
