Under the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 2023, the renewal fee for a restricted club licence is calculated using the formula:
Renewal fee = base fee for a restricted club licence + risk fees (if applicable).

- Venues with a 4-star rating receive a 5% discount.
- Venues with a 5-star rating receive a 10% discount.

$190.60 (when no discount applicable)
or
$181.07 (with a 4-star rating 5% discount applied),
or
$171.54 (with a 5-star rating 10% discount applied).
* The above renewal fees do not cover restricted club licences that have incurred at least one demerit point between 1 October 2022 and 30 September 2025.
